# Create a Note

Laika provides you with a convenient way to create little notes for each request. This way you could leave some comments or your working thoughts, or create some self-documentation for that specific request. So you can come back to it later when you need it! 

You can get to **"Note"** by clicking the note ("page") icon on the right side pane of the workspace.

In order to edit or add notes just click on the **"Edit"** button.

And that's it! \
Also, you can write in Markdown on the note using the **Markdown** tab and then use the **Preview** tab to preview what you wrote as well!
